Amy Temperley, MA

For over 25 years, Amy's passion and commitment has been in developing relationships and creating change for the communities in which she lives. She is an innovative leader with a commitment to authentic leadership, problem solving and working within systems to implement change.

Amy brings a unique perspective as she has worked directly with clients as a social worker, has raised money in development departments large and small, and has served as an Executive Director of nonprofits agencies in Austin and internationally. Over the years, Amy has developed numerous social service programs, raised millions of dollars and worked with numerous boards, leadership teams and collaborative groups.
Alice Traugott, MS

Alice has spent her entire working life—over 30 years—in the non-profit sector. She has provided direct services for clients, as well as serving as Program Director and Executive Director for several local and national non-profits. Alice has expertise providing program services in child abuse prevention, suicide prevention, information and referral programs, disability services and services for older adults.

Alice is a compassionate advocate for people in need of assistance, and is dedicated to ensuring quality service provision. With years of experience in volunteer training and recruiting, budgeting, grant writing, outcomes measurement and strategic planning, Alice is dedicated to helping non-profits grow and thrive.
Cindy Dashnaw

Put Cindy's storytelling skill and PR experience to work for you. For 20 years, she has been helping nonprofits craft compelling messaging to support their strategic goals, then weaving them into blogs, fundraising communications, social media, websites, case studies, newsletter and magazine articles, and other communications products and platforms. 

Cindy has worked inside nonprofits, with nonprofit clients at PR/marketing firms, and for nonprofits across the country as a freelancer, and she loves collaboration and brainstorming.
Kristen Evon

Kristen uses her nearly 20 years of nonprofit development and communications experience to help you create websites that promote your message and engage donors and volunteers. Kristen can revamp your current website or design a new one using online tools that are easy for you to maintain.

Kristen is highly skilled in elements of web and graphic design including: HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Her nonprofit development and program experience makes her uniquely qualified to design websites that will take your agency to the next level.
Koreena Malone, EA, CFE

Koreena has spent over 15 years in the accounting field. She has worked for various accounting firms; Maxwell Locke and Ritter, Brown Graham and Company, Clifton Larson Allen, and Erickson Demel & Company. She has assisted various clients in the nonprofit sector with audits, taxes, consulting, and coaching.

Koreena knew from the age of 16 she wanted to be an Accountant. Every position she has held has always included some aspect of accounting. Being an Enrolled Agent and Certified Fraud Examiner allows Koreena to be able to assist nonprofits setup safe guards to mitigate against risk and what to look for in the event there maybe an issue.

Nonprofits provide necessary services to many in their community. She understands the complexities of this sector, and the many questions and concerns that often follow. “As an accountant and a coach, I help my clients create meaningful action through the fear and unknown.”
Allyson J. Randall, M.S.
Allyson is passionate about service, sustainability and equity. She has dedicated the past two decades to service in the public schools, social services and housing. As a bilingual teacher, parent educator, volunteer coordinator and Head Start director she worked to close the achievement gap and foster systemic change. In the non-profit sector she has developed, managed and evaluated innovative results-driven programs and held a variety of leadership positions including Deputy Director and President of the Board. 

Allyson has extensive experience designing and leading organizational change efforts to maximize resources and ensure sustainability and efficiency. With a Master's in Organizational Development, she brings a systems perspective to addressing organizational issues and works to identify the root cause of any challenges the organization may be facing. She assists organizations in identifying and building strategic partnerships to increase their impact and expand their reach. Most importantly, Allyson helps create supportive, dynamic, success-oriented work environments where those courageous enough to take on our community's greatest challenges can thrive.
